Mbox 3 pro on Mac mini 2018 not working

So when I get home tonight, I will reinstall and then go to the security settings. And that should do it. I think when I installed my Motu drivers it did ask me. So this would make sense.

I don't know for sure and there be dragons here, but its the next thing I'd try. Would be great to hear if it helps or not.

That did it! I had to do a complete uninstall first and reboot. It didn't work the first time but I did see the messeage in the security in system prefs. I enabled it, still nothing. So then I uninstalled, rebooted, started over and it worked. Interestingly it didn't ask me the second time, it just worked after a reboot.

I also got a system warning that "one more more system extensions that you have approved will be incompatible with a future version of macOS" I got the same message with my Motu in Ventura on this same Mac but from what I hear, the Motu devices are already working in Sonoma.

I got it working and used it for a project. I really liked the programmable button. Overall it is a great interface and it is too bad that they have ended support for it.

Incidentally, I tried manually installing the driver in Ventura. I got it to install and it shows up in the system preferences but no sound. The control panel app is 32 bit so I knew it wouldn't work past Mojave. But others had gotten the drivers to work in Catalina at least. So I am not sure where it absolutely stopped working.
