Control 24 Drama

I have been having problems with buzzing on the monitor output of my console, I changed the power supply and its not the problem, I removed the chipboard that has the outputs and there is an integrated circuit 5532 that seems to be blown.

Is repairing this my only option Or can I buy the chipboard somewhere else?
