What are you confused about? The Waves Complete V7r15 DMG file was created by Waves yesterday at 7.37AM.

Do you think for some reason that this is not new?

Ok maybe they changed it now and left the old version number. I did a WOLI update earlier today when I got the email and it was the old version without the new C6.

So is Waves running smoothly with PT 8.1cs1? Their web page says 8.0.4 supported.

Man! I wish they would include that in the Platinum Bundle. I love my C4 compressor.

Couldn't agree more. I've stuck with Platinum since I got it because it doesn't make sense to me to pay multiple thousands of dollars to get two or three plugins that I might want but don't have in the Platinum bundle. I have the extra stuff that I really want, the CLA, API and SSL stuff, and an extra two bands on a multiband comp is for sure not worth three grand.
