ilok replacement

i lost my old ilok. i bought the ZDT zero downtime insurance for it and bought a new ilok. now i have 14 days of temporary licenses. I need to know how to re-authorize Pro Tools. I usually have someone else do this kind of work for me but they are not around . where do i go on the Digidesign site to authorize pro tools on my ilok?

Since you lost the iLok, you have to contact all of your plugin manufacturers and beg them for replacement licenses. ZDT is not intended for lost/stolen iLoks so much as it is for broken iLoks. As you've discovered, all you get are temp licenses. To convert them to permanent, you're going to have to humble yourself. I'd start with contacting customer service and go from there.
