Help with Pro Tools HD 10

Hi all, I need some serious help here. I've been using for more than a decade Pro Tools TDM old system, and I recently decided to upgrade. I used to do a lot of live recording and mixing and that rig was perfect. Now I use my studio mostly for House Music production and I use Reason on an iMac with other software instruments for sounds but I still want to run everything in Pro Tools for recording editing and mixing (old habits die hard). I have a Mac Pro early 2008 Quad Core 2.8 GHz, a Digidesign 96 I/O interface and a Pro Tools HD Accell Core card PCIe. I need to get Pro Tools HD 10 software but there is a lot of confusion on my part about how to get it and the cost. On eBay there are a lot for sale from $30 to $300, but they all comes on "already authorized" hard drives or flash drives. I would like something legit but I have no idea where to go and how much it will cost. Any advice on the best way for me to get it? Anything will help. Thanks.
