Weird Sonnox Inflator behavior

Hi,


here is the situation:


a PT session done in PT HD Native on Mac. Sonnox Inflator (band split) on aux.
The same session opened on PT HD Native on PC. Some editing is done.
Then session from PC is opened on Mac again. All sliders in Sonnox Inflator is in the same place, but buttons (Clip 0dB and Band split) are different! (just opposite to be precise).


I don't know, if this is Sonnox-specific or it is much broader issue with compatibility between Mac and PC.


I could cause problems when dealing with tight production schedules.

To be clearer you should list

PT Versions on both Mac and PC
Mac OS X and your PC version
Sonnox inflator version on you Mac and conversely the one on PC.

There are at least 18 different combos (maybe 27 idk math isn’t my strong suit ) right there, so it’s hard to discern what is happening till you break it down further

Why not take this up with Sonnox? Sounds like something they should know about.

Looks like it might be Sonnox issue - I had similar problems back in ProTools 8 times, when this plug-in was not translating properly between ProTools HD and ProTools LE versions.


Yes, I will report it to Sonnox.
