Default Cloud issues

Hi all,

I was never a regular cloud user, but now for a specific project, I thought it can be a nice and convenient way to go.

A short search have shown that everyone has issues with the cloud and it is considered one of Avid's biggest failures.. But I thought it can still be usable for a session with one track being recorded over a guide track.

There are a lot of issues with syncing data to and from the cloud, project downloading without the new changes, the cloud storage meter showing 0% etc.

and now the thing that is most frustrating: I get the message "please connect to the internet before signing in" but I am already connected!! In the screenshot I attached, the same message along with the Avid application manager window, where I am connected and signed in at the same time with no problem.

Should I give up???

Thanks!
