Default Question about PT version 2020.3/Windows 10 - Notable bugs?

Hi,

PT 2020.3 is the most recent version I currently have access to since my plan expired.
Before I update from 2019.12, I'd like to be informed of any common annoyances experienced among Windows users with 2020.3 (if any).

I've read the .5 bug fix list but would like to hear from other forum members on the matter.

I've stuck with 2019.12 reasoning that it went longer without an immediate update.
I know I could just give 2020 a try but feel a little unsettled about installing .3 with .5 coming out soon thereafter.
I've been able to use 2019.12 extensively and it's so far proven stable for me.

I understand that systems vary and just want to know if there are any common annoyances among Windows 10 users who have had a chance to use 2020.3 more extensively.
Any insights are greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Indeed.
Glad I at least have a decent version (minus the MIDI sample/tick rounding issue).
But I'm mainly doing audio right now anyway. And haven't had any issues with my latest sessions.
Would be nice to step into 2020.

I was thinking 2020.3 can't be that bad since they put some effort into it as a new release.
After all, there will always be some type of rare bug each release and my workflow might never instigate an issue...

Turns out Waves just updated to v12 and 2020 is required for compatibility.
For now, I can be content with Waves v11 & 2019.12 if there are issues with 2020.3.

However, I'm leaning on the reasoning that 2019.12 & v11 are the most up to date version of the previous release for both PT & Waves; with novel bugs already addressed.
A new version of each starts a whole new list of potential fixes.
I may do well to stay put. Stability is more important than any new features right now.
So back to what you said Dave.

My name is Mike by the way. Pleased to make your online acquaintance
