problem with scrolling / not working on 2023.6

Hi,

I am on PT 2023.6. I have a problem w/ scrolling.

I have activated scrolling, but PT doens't go after playlist in record window. I have tried everything, but nothing. Is it a bug?

Have You the same problem? How can I solve this?
