Default the deal with Avid

Hi,

My deal with Avid for Pro Tools will ends 31th of this month. Do I have 2 weeks or all Avril to renew my deal with them?

What is the deal for now?

I checked the account based on your DUC email address and only see Pro Tools Intro.

You should have 40-day grace period for support plan renewal, but even then the new plan starts the day after previous ended.

The grace period is 30 days for a support plan and 14 days for a subscription.

I learned last year it's not worth playing with the date, best to do auto renewal or just renew on time.

Can buy you unnecessary headaches for sure.
