Just bought 11PTHD/upgrade, but?

It cant find my HD16x16 interface, but PT10 does. so it must be an issue with PT11.
I did a clean install with a fresh hard disc for eliminate anything else, so PT10 find the interface as before but PT 11 don't? i cant even see the interface in the systempreferenses, strange?

Help is pretty much appreciated

Maybe PT10 is the only one who ain't blind

Sorry, had to do it ... But have you updated your Native/HDX firmware and what are your specs? Need to provide more info. Read here:

Maybe reinstalling the HD driver will help.

Thanks for replying. If avid website had been more userfriendly i may have found what to do, not even the reseller of my system neu how to solve this issue, so anyway, update what? where can i read about what need to be updated, i´ve a hd2 rig with the new HD16x16 interface

What exact HD hardware do you have? I hope you mean HD Native or HDX not an unsupported HD/TDM system. In what computer, what OS, what exact version of Pro Tools? etc... Start by reading the "Help us help you -- read this before posting" link above on this page, and provide the type of information asked for there.

You need HD Native or HDX cards, HD/TDM cards aren't supported in PTHD11.
