Did it, same message : "Your audio device is configured with an unsupported audio buffer size. Please select one of the following supported buffer sizes in the device control panel: 32 64 128 256 512 1024 2048"

Have you contacted PreSonus support? They seem to be pretty good at getting back to individual users.

Have you tried changing the sample rate setting under Setup->Hardware in PT?
It's possible PT can't find a match since the Firebox is using odd sizes.

In fact pro tools display the message at startup : "Your audio device is configured with an unsupported audio buffer size. Please select one of the following supported buffer sizes in the device control panel: 32 64 128 256 512 1024 2048"

And then close.

If I press N while loading i can change between asio4all and firebox asio driver, select the number of samples but it has no effect, the same message displays.
And I don't know the key to get to the hardware dialog at startup (if there is any)
