Digi 002 console LCD problem

Hi,
I love my 002. it is a great interface. i wouldn't upgrade it because i don't need to.
recently i have problem with 4 of its LCD scribble strips. they blinks.
i am an electrician and i opened the device and resolder the 2 LCD units becaus i thought it is cold solder or bad one. it didn't help.
you can see in the youtube link that when i press the screen it will come back to life again. the digi 002 is functioning well and i have no other problem with it at all. (so i think it is not power supply)
1. do you know this problem? is it a known issue with 002?
2. where can i find (worldwide) a dealer that will sell only the parts so i can replace it myself?
3. what else can you suggest that i can check or do with it?
