7.4 breaks XPRESS PRO 5.7.5?

The Pro Tools 7.4 installer leads to a dead cat bounce from the Avid Xpress Pro 5.7.5 startup icon.

Running the latest prebind fix informs that there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the prebinding on this system therefore it does not run the prebind fix.

This is on a Mac Book Pro running 10.4.10 with QT 7.2

7.3.1 coexisted just fine with 5.7.5

I can't find any info about this on the Avid Xpress Pro user forum.

ALSO:

If I reinstall 5.7.5 over itself (no uninstall) than Xpress Pro works but then protools 7.4 renders the dead cat bounce.

I.E. one installer breaks the other application..

No other applications seem affected.
