Custom Click Track

Is there a plug in that will allow me to create a custom click track, with samples I want to use for a custom click track? Where you can edit each sample, to make sure it's tight. Change the wave length for faster tempo songs?

I used to use Syncronic, but that is no longer made.

I have use Transfuser, but the editing window is a nightmare to use, and it doesn't let you easily edit the waveforms.

I want to drag a bar of clicks into a window. Slice them. Link them to tempo grid and print them. I use a certain sample of cowbell and stick for click tracks; and I have never found a good one in the standard avid click.

Since Click uses midi, you can assign it to any midi instrument(s)

I actually found a work around that worked.
I loaded NI Battery, and found my samples, cleaned them up within battery and then told the click track to see the certain notes, and it worked perfectly. :)
