Default Venue Profile additional groups

I am trying to find a way to use more than 8 groups. I do a lot of group processing in my mix and need more than the 8. The only way I have come up with is using auxes, but they have to be routed to an input channel to be assigned to the stereo buss. Are there any other creative ways to do this that won't eat up channels? or even a more efficient way that I haven't thought of?

Seems that only 8 groups is a huge downfall to using this console. 16 would get me by.

you can use auxes and use the auxes to implement them in a matrix feed tor you P.A. instead of running them back to channels.

And if your using parallel comp. you can use 1 group, use 2 plugins on the same group-out. and send them to 2 different input channels. works great.

Got it. I didn't think of not using the stereo buss. If I use the matrix to feed my L/R outputs, the lack of not being able to send matrix to L/R buss doesn't matter.

This way only increases from 8 to 12 though. Still interested and n a few more than that.....
Thanks

Well if you have enough dsp you could insert reverbs on a channel instead of using an aux.

That's not really the problem at all. I need more subgroups that route to the LR buss, not effect inserts.
