12.7 .0.676 Install Update Prompt Endless Loop

I have done the 12.7 update and the AVID Update Manager is endlessly prompting me to Install. There is nothing more to install. In fact, when I click on install every time, it prompts the default "Modify, Repair, or Remove" options.

It will not go away and the tray Icon is nagging me about the update.

(Win7 64 SP1, MOTU hardware, everything else is vanilla for max efficiency)

Edit 1: Now my thumb drives with my Waves and PA license do not load and I keep hearing the Windows sound for loading a new device found endlessly every 11 seconds. I have to power OFF the system, wait, then power ON, to get the thumb drives to load.

The answer to this is to do yourself a big favour , and uninstall the AVID application manager completely from your computer .., it is a complete an utter useless piece of buggy crap .

If you need to install anything from AVID just go to your user account . All updates are listed there for direct download

.., and if you don't use the cloud (like most of us) uninstall that also.

There are uninstallers provided for both and they should be in you applications folder (or whatever windows calls it)
