Does LLM Low Latency Monitoring Work on Avid HD I/O's?
I've just installed my first Native PCIe card into my 12 core 3.46GHz 2010 Mac Pro running into an 16x16 Avid HD I/O interface box. I am running Pro Tools HD 12.5.0 and have PT12 HD auth on my iLok.
Under the menus, I have enabled Low Latency Monitoring with the checkmark. However, on the Outputs page in the "I/O Setup" window, there is no Low Latency Monitoring checkbox in the lower right corner nor is there the drop down menu to select LLM outputs. There is nothing relating to Low Latency Monitoring at all on the Outputs page in the "I/O Setup" window. What gives?!? Could it be that the 16x16 Avid HD I/O interface box does not support LLM?!? Or is this a bug that there is no LLM options on Outputs page in the "I/O Setup" window?

Yes, LLM works with the Avid 16x16 Avid HD I/O interface box into a Native PCIe card. I reinstalled a different version of PT HD and it works now.

Could you run DigiTest to check whether your interface needed a firmware update?

Re: Does LLM Low Latency Monitoring Work on Avid HD I/O's?
To be clear:
For HD this is only an HD Native option. Not HDX. "HD Native, 003, 003 Rack, 003 Rack+, and Mbox Pro systems can use the Low Latency Monitoring"
