HD I/O Firmware Missing

Dear Avid Support,

When I upgrade to Pro Tools HD 12.8.1, my HD I/O's Power ring is always Yellow and no light on other LEDs. And digitest show me that Firmware Missing (HD I/O). How can I solve it?

I'm using HD Native on iMac Late 2012 with OS X Sierra.

First off This is not Avid support. It is a peer to peer forum and if you want Avid support you need to start a support case from your avid account.

What PT version did you upgrade from? If you csme fron any version earlier than 12.6 you need the digilink i/o license. If you don't have it you might need to purchase it ($299).
