C24 gone crazy!

Hi digi
Last week, when I worked on my mixing. Suddently my minotor speaker pops a loud sound(like when you turn off the amp before speakers). After that, there's no sound coming out from C24 when I playback from PT. I had to switch to another input source, and switch back in order to operate normally again. After that time, it happends frequently. and sometimes my fader jumps up and down crazily! all the leds would flash on and off all the time even the C24 is not launch with PT.
Some people tell me that might be the power supply's problem! Anybody help?

i had the same problem ,bad power supply ,call digi!

It sounds like the monitor power supply. I had this problem with 2 different units. Digi was very good at replacing them and I haven't had any more problems.
