Default merging 2 songs

is it possible to have one song merge into another while at the same time being two separate songs on the cd. If anyone has heard the second Days of the New album, the whole cd is basically one song, but you can skip to which ever one you want to.

is it possible to do on the digi one on pc. i saw it on the video, but they were on a mac and i think they used masterlist cd to do it. let me know what you know thanks.

Default Re: merging 2 songs

Red Roaster by Sekd or CD architect by Sonic Foundry would do that
