Emagic Logic Control with Pro Tools

Hi all

Got a mint logic control but read an eprom upgrade for HUI to work with PT8 is required, does anyone know if the "Mackie Control Universal Upgrade Kit" is still available as the web page I saw is very old.

Also has anyone done this upgrade, if so was it worth it?
