Default M-Audio is a piece of [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep]!

I called and asked if this system would be compatible for my computer. Despite their assurances and buying more GB of memory, t is not!!! Dell Dimension. I have bought support help twice at $20 a shot....never worked, no support. I cannot use. They do not recognize what I bought. I am through with this company...I will buy another microphone.
