Default tracks/channels out of time with each other

Hi - I've been working on a particular song for a few weeks. I opened it up today, and several of the recorded tracks are completely out of time with each other. e.g. the click and the vocals are in perfect time, but the bass, piano (VIs), etc. tracks are playing at least a bar behind them. The waveforms in the edit window seem to have shifted. No idea why/how this has happened. The entire piece was in perfect timing and alignment when I was working on it just a few days ago, and none of my other PT-recorded songs are affected. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Using PT 2018 with UAD Apollo 8.

Some things to try:
1-open from the Session Auto-backups folder and see if a recent version opens and plays in time.
2-disable, then enable Delay Compensation(Options menu).
3-check your midi settings to see if you accidentally set a midi offset.
4-make all sends inactive and test. If this allows everything to play in time, search for a send that goes nowhere(which can confuse Delay Compensation).

there wasn't an accidental change of tempo that can mess things up especially midi files against audio files that will remain the same.

There was indeed, plus the samples somehow changed to ticks. No idea how or why! Fixed now. Thanks for all your help!
