Eucon connection problems

Hi,
I've problems to connect my artist Mix to PT11. Eucon recognizes my MC Mix - it's claimed by my workstation Macbook Air. I activated the Eucon button in PT11 as many times before - but somehow Artist Mix and PT can not be connected. Any ideas?
