Default EuCon 3.2... EQ 'q' setting not synced with Cubase 7.5.30

Anyone else notice that the EQ 'q' parameter is off by + .3 between the Artist Control display, and what is displayed in Cubase 7.5.30?

Is there a way to sync this parameter (all parameters) between the DAW and the control surface?

I've tried reverting back to the previous firmware and EuControl 3.0.1 ( from 3.2), but it is the same!

I can't believe I didn't notice this sooner!

Al
