power out during ilok license move

hello, recently the power went out during an ilok license move i was conducting between 2 iloks in my own account. after restart, the iloks appear to be okay and can still launch the plug-ins registered to it, however, i am now unable to move or even download new licenses to both these iloks. when i go or try to download new licenses, ilok.com gives me a message stating, i must go through a recovery process, AND THATS IT. there is no link, no step by step procedure, nothing. furthermore i can not find they-re support inquiry page anywhere.

has this happened to anyone before?

anybody know how to contact ilok.com via email?

Yikes! Another good reason for battery backup Mine went dark on me after a static shock, but thankfully came back to life with a re-boot.
