PT7 *midi time piece not showing up in midi setup
hey all-
before you tear me a new a-hole for asking. I did a search but could not find. I thought I had seen a thread on this. So if someone would be kind enough to direct me there or give some wisdom on this topic, please do. I installed PT7 on a seperate start up drive, everything seems ok so far except for when going to the midi set up- my Motu midi time piece is not listed. just the network and the IAC driver. I tried draging over the old set up from PT6.9 but still no luck. Do i need to trash some prefs or some other mojo? I am hesitant about doing the upgrade over the older version 6.9 on my main drive because I have older sessions that are still being worked on.. but when I do go for the actuall upgrade will PT7 carry over all my PT6.9 , plug-in setting, midi set up and so on or will I get caught in upgrade hell? Thank you, pigmeat G5 dual 2GHZ, OSX.4.2 - PT6.9 HD 3, 192 I/O, control 24 |
