Pro tool + Elevenrack - no sound when starting session

Hi
I just bought eleven rack and im pretty noob with how to set it up

when i load pro tool i and click cancel on the start session windows its all good
i get the elevenrack window and i can control it
but if i start a session its all muted

what should i do? id there some setting i need to set up?

i just wanna be able to rec something along with the backing track

Did you create a track?

You have to create a track in order to have something to record to.

If you did create a track, what kind of track?

If you want to record, then you need to create an AUDIO track, stereo or mono. Set the input to ELEVEN RIG L/R

Then you have to ARM the track, click the little red button on the track. then you should be set.

If not, then you need to default the IO.

Its definitely worth the time to read the manual, it will make your experience less bemusing and more fun.

you probably have the input set to guitar, you want to set the track input to Eleven RIG L/R. Look at the Track, above the fader you will see the words "I/O" just below that is a drop down, click it and choose Eleven Rig L/R.

Arm the track and play.

Hi,
you better should open a "Guitar Tracking + Re-Amping" Session fom Start Menue ... at the first time ...
... after that you have to choose "Input Monitoring" in the Track-menue
(Spur auf deutsch)

if you choose "Direct Input " track you´ll have the input signal from guitar input

if you choose "E.-Guitar" you´ll have the output signal fromm 11rack

I bought the 11rack and PT10 one week ago ...,.
I think that it must work now ...

like how do i save a quick mixdown as mp3?

also i get random error MF: error something and it all crashes, happens alot
only way to fix it is restart the pc (using windows 7)

is there a fix for it?
