Default Protools 6 and OMF

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to use OMF extracting software with Protools 6? I just received the upgrade, but I use OMF tools often and I know that it will not run on OSX. Is there any other software that I could use? Do ohter people have this problem?

Thanks,
Brian

I am just about to make the jump to PT6, and as far as I know Digitranslator is compatible with OSX.

You have to buy Digitranslator ($499 list) to import or export OMF's in PT's 6.

Will Logic to PT, PT to Logic OMF taransfers ever really work?

I am sick of consolodating regions and burning off CDrs' on PT5 when ever I share work with studios that use Logic.

Jules,

I have transferred an entire album multitracks to Logic 5.5 from PT5.3.1 via OMF. I won't say no problem, but it does work. Pretty well in fact. It did not work in OSX however. Had to do it all in OS9.

Gidday up!
