Default Remote configuring of QSC CXD-Q amp

I am wondering if anyone has a Q-Sys Core unit and can remotely connect to my QSC CXD-Q amp and change its configuration to redundant mode, so I can use it as stand alone amp (without the Q-Sys to be presented)?
The QSC CS said its possible via a VPN.
