Missing plugins and AVID link

Hi,


I'm using Pro Tools intro and am pretty much a novice.



Every time I open Pro Tools I get an error message that the Xpand2 plugin is missing. It offers to take me to the Marketplace to get it, but I can't find it there.


In viewing Avid Link, I see that it's there and needs to be downloaded. Each time I try, I get a download error. This is true with anything I try to do with Avid Link. When I installed the software, I had to download it directly as install from Avid Link doesn't work.



So, my question is how do I do the same thing for plugins that I'm supposed to have but get use because Avid Link crashes every time I try.


Again, I am using Pro Tools intro on HP Pavilion 15 and running Windows 11


I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Pro Tools, but that doesn't fix anything with Avid Link

We can look into this, but for now please download the Xpand!2 installer from the Avid Download Center linked from my.avid.com. If needed, here are direct links for Xpand!2 and other plug-ins.

Just tested Xpand!2 2018.10 (Win) on Windows 10.
It has the Presets ... can't test the Mac version ...
