Hardware not found !!

ok, so i bought Avid pro tools express which came with pro tools ten and Mbox mini 3rd generation. i recently got the mac OS X version 10.9.5 and when i try to download the driver for my MBOX mini it says that app store does not admit the filed or dosent trust it and it won't download. i download the recent driver and it won't download. my pro tools won't open with out the hardware and the Mbox blue light for the power is only on. any ways to fix this.
