Default ISRC codes not reading

In analyzing (Clover analyzer) CDs that I'm burning, the ISRC codes are not being written into the subcode. Can't figure out why - I'm doing it correctly.

MLCD 2.3, Yamaha CDR-100

Works pefectly with a Plextor 8-20.
