After being a loyal user and spending THOUSANDS of dollars within the last year on the MIXPLUS+ or HDprocess to Accell To HD upgrade and now having to shell out another two thousand minimum just to exchange this card for PCIe version. This is INSANE and the wrong way to treat loyal paying customers. A more fair and reasonable upgrade price from PCI to PCI-e would be the resonsible thing to offer.

No more ridiculous than usual. . . however nothing is more ridiculous that $3,495 to just upgrade one of the original HD process Card to an HD Accel Card. . . That is the ultimate ongoing insult to the many that were lured into the so-called-final opportuniy to upgrade from Mix to HD, which was soon followed by Accel, yet Mix to HD Accel is still an upgrade option.

Agreed. If the processing power was doubled it would be somewhat fair. But for a straight cross grade for a different bus connection. BS.
Considering someone buying a new system can choose either pci/pcie for the same price. Again...BS for loyal customers.

Accel to PCIe Accel $3000? Why? There is no way I am paying these prices. I have to pay $7000 to change my HD2+1accel system to HD3 PCIe I am selling my system and getting 2 quad g5.

Why not buy an expansion chassis instead when you upgrade your computer. That will be a lot cheaper.
