Default Yosemite - new OSX version

Apple unveiled it's new version of OSX called Yosemite to be available to users this fall. Is this going to be a yearly thing now? Barely a year with Mavericks?

And here I thought they were talking about an old Warner Brothers character with a moustache and a brace of pistols.

It's been a yearly release schedule for most iterations of Mac OS X.

I'm staying on OSX 10.8.5 unless some update of PT11 requires the jump to a newer version of OSX.
