Default Re: PTLE has slowed down so much I can't work anymore

I did all the adjustments as suggested in the troubleshoot thread up to make a new administrator account but that doesn't seem to work. My computer turned back 10years was a lot faster but stayed as slow in PT. Then However I installed SP3 and the song with most plugins runs smoothly and didn't even stop once. I haven't reinstalled Isotope yet though.... The problems probably were due to a nasty trojan(I had several) called Emin. The day after I deleted it my AV program detected it again. It slows deletes your HD.
