Avid HD I/O +4 Analog Out Calibration

HI,
I have the Most recent HD I/O- Configured as (8x8x8)
Unlike the 192's out Card card which has 16 Trim pots ( 8 for +4 and Eight for -10). The latest version Analog out card has 8 trim pots total, the manual notes that +4 is cal at the factory and the pots only work on the -10 if you move the internal jumper.
Is there any info how to adjust the +4 output, Output 1 is 4 db hotter then all other 7 channels..... I can confirm Turning trim pot is not adjusting the +4 output

Fom HD I/O manual:
"The HD I/O Analog Out card contains a single DB–25 connector and Output Trims for eight channels of analog audio output. These balanced outputs operate at +4 dBu levels.
For –10 dBV gear, you can switch a jumper on Analog Output cards (on a channel-by- channel basis) from the default Hi position to Lo for a –6 dB pad. You can then adjust the Trim pot f[/B][/B]or the corresponding output channels by an additional –4 dB to accom- modate –10 dBV gear.

You can confirm it with a voltmeter and a screwdriver (not the drink).
