HEAT compatibility
Greetings,
I am new to Avid and Pro Tools (I have jumped in with PT HD 12.4.0) and have an Apogee Ensemble Thunderbolt 2 interface. I am interested in getting HEAT. Are there any complications with compatibility here. do I need an Avid interface to use HEAT? Last edited by RicoRoss; 04-13-2016 at 07:49 AM. Reason: Incorrect Pro Tools version stated |

Re: HEAT compatibility
No, but with 3rd party hardware you do need HD 12.1 software or later in addition to the HEAT license

Re: HEAT compatibility
My apologies and Thanks JFreak for your answer,
I have made an error and had to edit my initial post from PT 10.4.0 to: PT 12.4.0. So a HEAT licence would work out nicely. RicoRoss Last edited by RicoRoss; 04-13-2016 at 08:00 AM. Reason: Grammar |
