Multiple CD tracks from single file

Hi:

I'm trying to create index points on a single long file, using ProTools region definitions. I created the regions in PrTools, and used "Export Region Definitions...". I see the regions in the import dialog, but I can't get them to show up consistently in the PQ window pop-ups.

I'm trying to follow the directions in the manual, but something seems to be wrong.

Any ideas?
