Default Import PTFree(Max) into PTLE(XP) - can it be done?

Does anyone know if is it possible to import a ProTools Free for Mac session into ProTools LE for XP (and vice-versa)? I know that PTF is not cross platform compatable, but PTLE is. I believe it might be possible to open the PTF(Mac) session in PTLE(Mac), then export it as PC compatable, then open it with PTLE(XP) but this would require access to a Mac with PTLE and I haven't had a chance to test it. Is there a more simple solution or should I just forget about it?

Worst case:

Consolodate each audio track in PTF from the beginning to end, making sure they all start at zero.

Export a MIDI file (if MIDI was used).

Create a new PT LE session, and import the MIDI file and then the 8 audio tracks.

IOW, yes, you can do it even without a Mac with PT LE.

If I recall correctly, PT 5 won't work with native WAV files in a session.. so after consolidating.. he'll probably have to Command+Shift+K (export regions as files) to save the audio as WAV files.
