Can I still upgrade/crossgrade from PT8 LE to PT9?

or do I have to go straight to PT 10? I've searched on the AVID site but there is only PT 10 or else "PT 8 and before". I can't find PT 9 to download. I've just bought a Mac Pro Lion and in a few months time I will be going Native HD so will get PT 10 with that, however in the meantime I've read that Lion won't support PT8 so I'd like to move to 9 for now. Any thoughts?
