Pro Tools First plugins missing from download

Hi, I just got my copy emailed last week. I got everything set up to find that I didn't get xpand2. I've read the website many times and watched videos that insist that it is part of the package for free. I contacted Avid and they said "it comes with 11 and 12". that was the only response. I wrote them back and sent them screen shots of the website where it says it comes with expand2. I'm waiting to hear back. Am I missing something here? I'm really excited to get this going to try out but I can't even play the templates because the plugins are missing. Anybody else with this problem? Thanks

You need to download it from the Marketplace:

I you look in the Avid Application Manager you will see this feed:

I see that in the app manager but I can't find the market place. Its a maze! haha I'll keep looking unless somebody has a direct link. thanks
