Default Linking track levels w/ pre-fader bus levels?

Can these be linked so that when I adjust the track level, the bus level is adjusted as well? If so, how?

If not, any suggestions that would make level adjustments easier for:

NY Compressed drums
Tracks w/delays for widening purposes
