Default Same computer, same cloud session, different cloud users

We are trying to figure out what actually happens in the following scenario:

If a single HDX system is used to create a project in the cloud with cloud user A who then invites user B to collaborate on the session and quits the system. The next day, User B uses the same computer (with same ilok) but "signs in" as user B to the cloud and opens the same session.

What does this look like, under the hood, for the local file cache?

Does anyone know what happens?

Are there any file issues with the aforementioned scenario that we should be aware of?
