Default System Optimization (OS 10.6) - question

Hi,

This may be a stupid question, so apologies ahead of time if it is so...

However, I thought I'd ask anyway just to be sure...

Do these guide lines work for PT9 the same way they do for other versions?

http://avid.custkb.com/avid/app/self...em_Preferences

(Maybe the real reason why I'm asking, Ie. the source of confusion, is that there's a link to that page here on the duc in the Pro Tools LE/M-powered sub-forum (In a sticky thread that's called something like "troubleshooting") but I can't find links to it in this particular sub-forum)

Thanks in advance

I have wondered the same question, were is the trouble shooting guide? Its been the bible of pro tools troubleshooting for a long time. My thoughts are that this form is fairly new and they have not added it. So yes, almost all that stuff should pertain to PT9. Maby digi will chime in?

Sorry to be nitpicky, but those links are labeled "Pro Tools LE" as well. They're probably the same guide lines for Pro Tools 9 but that could be a source of confusion to someone looking for information on Pro Tools 9. Just saying...
