Unless you purchased the mp3 option separately or a toolkit PT LE doesn't have the native ability to bounce or export as mp3.

assuming someone beat the odds and managed to scrape together 20 bucks to purchase the option, how would you best answer the question?

after you select BTD, Select MP3 from the drop down list and select Bounce, a window will pop up like this. Pic. Then notice under Constant Bit Rate. Kbps. Is this what you mean?

Smile Re: Anybody Know Mp3 Settings for PT8?

Yeah, I always just bounce my files to disk and then convert to mp3 with itunes, but now my client wants an mp3 at 192 kbps, and I don't know how to do this cause I don't have the mp3 option on my Protools LE 8! Should I bounce as a wav and then convert? Please help, its a single mono track voice-over, raw vocal!
Thanks so much for your help! :)

What I do is boucne as a WAV. Then in Itunes I burn the WAV> to disk and rip it in my widows media @ 192k MP3. I know there's probably a easier way, but that works for me.

Does Itunes have a MP3 option?
