Default Great!!! Faders are working but...

I got my Control 24 fixed. Now the only thing that is annoying is this:

When I open protools and go in mix windows and look at the faders compared to the faders on the control 24, they're off sync! Protools faders would be at 0db but the control 24 faders would be at around -5 db. I dont know what to do. How do I fix this??

REcalibrate the fader system.
It's a menu option in utilities.

I cant find recalibrate in utilites. where is it? I did all the test modes except that. How do you recalibrate????

This is from the day when PT worked at +6 but from PT6.4 it was changed to +12

You need to use the meter scaling on the software as the hardware is now off.

I guess they could have made some overlays to place on the control 24 but this would be quite messy.
