Digitechsupt, I need your help: DAE Errors!!

I've have read over all of the possible causes and solutions to DAE erros (9031, 9035, and 9060). first of all, I am having this problem with many of my sessions, and it's hard to believe that i have that many corrupt files. I tried trashing prefs and deleting the digidesign folders that were mentioned in a sticky, to no avail. i even did a CLEAN reinstall of PT (and upgraded to 8.0.3 from 8.0.1) and I am still having problems.

for some reason, some of the sessions miraculously fixed themselves, but I still have problems with many others. I store all of my audio files on a Glypth GT hard drive.

1. iMac 10.5.8 4gs of ram maxed
2. digi 003 console
3. PT 8.0.3 (but most of these sessions were recorded in 8.0.1).

a couple of things I forgot to add:

1. the first thing that happens when I open these sessions with the DAE errors (and not all of my sessions have them) is that a pop up will say that some of my audio files are missing. if I choose to skip the missing files and play the session at that point, the transport and place marker will run, albeit without sound from the missing files. also, the counter moves kind of erratically when it is playing. but if i click the option for automatically relinking the missing files, the missing audio will load after about a minute. but then, the session won't play and i get all those DAE errors.
