MTRX Studio Monitor/Cue Mix Questions...

Hi Folks! I am starting a test suite with new gear. We have all our stages currently on Catalina PT 2020.5 - 11 with Icon control surfaces at all stations.

I am looking to test the following:

MTRX Studio (connected to our 2020 mac pro + HDX cards)
Dock + ipad and Avid Control
S1

Are any of you running this set up? The most important question, which none of the dealers are able to answer is....

Can I use the AVID Control to interface with the MTRX Studio to control monitor switching, levels, and cue mixes like I can with the S6 and/or Icon. I am NOT expecting S6 level control, but can I switch between monitors and manage levels? This is NOT FOR AN ATMOS system - so mostly switching stereo pairs and possibly 5.1 to 2

Yes - absolutely you can use the Monitoring tab of Avid Control to manage control room levels, cue levels, source selection, dim, cut, folds and more. Here are a few video resources that should help in describing the functionality:
